What Do You Get For Nothing?

Normally, you get what you pay for right?
No effort, no return. No pain, no gain. No risk, no reward.
Okay, no more cliche' analogies...
But, there are some investment opportunities where you can literally, put nothing down, and still have gain for little invested.
Yes, It's Real Estate. Nice Real Estate. With Tenants. Nice Professionally Managed Tenants. Not some college town 5 hours away from the nearest airport. A real populated desirable cosmopolitan metro.

Take a look at a low down, high return investment in one of the nations largest and fastest growing areas.

  1. It's really interesting to see parts of the American market growing fast. Are you able to expand on why this area is growing?

And is most of this area positively geared or high capital growth?

    Thanks

  2. Here is a post showing Atlanta as the #1 volume for growth from 2000-2007. It's from a Nielson report based on Claritas data, explaining some of the reasons the growth is in the areas that it is in. Positive indicators are job creation, affordability and the quality of life in the SE portion of the US. http://smartreinvestments.blogspot.com/2009/02/top-10-population-metros.html
Another recent US Census report just out March 19th, 2009, posts Atlanta as the #4 highest rate of growth for last trackable year.
There is a lot of wealth growing in the Atlanta area too. It has one of the highest concentration of Fortune 500 Headquartered companies in the US, and the growth rate of new millionaires added to the area is the highest over in city in the nation.
