Did you purchase a home yesterday, or the day
before? Well if you didn’t you should buy today. With a projection of increase
in prices now is the time to buy before they go up any further. CoreLogic found
that Oregon had some of the largest home-price increases in the country in
January.
Elliot Njus said in his article that in the Portland area, prices were up 15.6 percent in
January from a year earlier. Nationally, home prices were up 0.9 percent in
January compared with December and 12 percent from a year ago.Based on sale contracts already signed, CoreLogic
said it expects a year-over-year increase of 12.5 percent through February.
So, if you aren’t in the process of buying a home
now, you should definitely start looking at getting into the process soon
